Ambitious Analytics Labs LLC built the SuperTool website as a Freemium app with payment required to proceed past free usage. This Service is provided by Ambitious Analytics Labs LLC at no cost for free users. It is intended for use as is. From time to time the Service will change by adding, modifying or subtracting features.

Files uploaded by users (e.g., PDFs) are stored for the time necessary to provide the Service. Then, they are regularly deleted. As needed, users’ uploaded files are transferred to third party service processors to fulfill your request. A log of filenames uploaded may be kept to improve the service. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to ip address, browser and OS version info, and email addresses. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) called Log Data. How do we use uploaded images?

  • Your images will be treated confidentially.
  • We transfer them using encryption and use them only to process them according to your selections and then offer you the result for download.
  • We do not share them with third parties and do not publish them.
  • Within a limited time after the upload the uploaded image and the result image are deleted.

We keep usage statistics (without image content) and if you contact us e.g. by email, we also receive personal data from you, which we use to reply to you. If we have a customer/supplier relationship, we also use your data for bookkeeping and similar purposes.

3.1 Server logs:

No personal data is required to be actively submitted for the use of our website. However, our web server still collects the data that your Internet browser communicates to us (including the IP address of the requesting computer, together with the date, time, the request, which file is requested (name and URL), the amount of data transferred to you, a message as to whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser and operating system used, and the website from which the access was made (should the access take place via a link).

The legal basis for processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring system security, managing the website technically and optimizing the service quality.

These data will be forwarded to the authorities if we become aware of a hacking attack. No other transmission to third parties takes place. The server logs are stored for approx. 1-18 months.

We use cookies to make your visit to our website attractive and to allow the use of certain features.
