    Save your finished letter or document as a PDF. Add the recipient’s ZIP and select your print options in HardCopy.

  2. Review the total and timing

    Choose Same-day local and read the displayed estimate. Add the delivery address, your deadline and any reception, building or access instructions.

  3. We arrange printing and delivery

    Complete the existing HardCopy checkout. We coordinate the printer and local courier. If we cannot fulfill your selected service at the quoted price, we cancel and refund you in full.

No. Same-day local is subject to availability. Read the delivery estimate in HardCopy before paying. If it shows the next business day, do not assume your order will arrive today. For a firm deadline or an office closing time, contact us before ordering.

How much does it cost?

HardCopy calculates the complete total from the document, print options, copies and delivery service. Enter the recipient’s ZIP and upload your PDF to see the price before entering contact details or paying.

Can I send to someone else?

Yes. Use the intended delivery address and include helpful recipient or reception instructions. Use an email you can check for order updates. If a named-person handoff or signature is essential, ask us before ordering.

Do I need a printer, stamps or an envelope?

No. Upload a print-ready PDF and HardCopy coordinates printing and delivery. Same-day local uses a local courier rather than ordinary postal mail.

What if I do not need it today?

The same HardCopy app also offers Express, Standard and economy Print & Mail. Compare the displayed price and estimated timing, then choose the service that suits your document.
